Chicken Tikka Masala

The first thing that struck me upon unsheathing tonight's dinner was a distinct lack of meat.
After removing from the microwave, the meaty half of the container appeared quite watery, but with an appealing aroma. The rice was stuck together, but soft and well cooked.
The flavour of the chicken and sauce was pleasant, not restaurant level of course, but much better than your regular microwave meal. The meat was tender and combined with the absorbent rice the meal can be recommended.
Warning:
The oil / sauce from this dish WILL stain anything it comes into contact with, be it your clothes or white leather couch (urgh!), beware!
Tip:
Add a small dollop of creme fraiche to the sauce for a more rounded taste.
